It's long been rumoured that they put something in the water in Kohukohu that encourages people to take up artistic pursuits. We have more writers, artists, carvers, musicians, photographers, film makers and craftspeople than you can shake a stick at.
We are a community that takes joy in our creativity. We celebrate it in the cafe, and the galleries and when we get together at our many informal gatherings. We are passionate about performance and sharing our talents.
